Welcome to TalkGo (the "App"). Before registering, logging in, purchasing a subscription, or using any services provided by the App, please carefully read and understand these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
By registering, logging in, purchasing a membership, or using any service provided by the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
TalkGo is an application that provides language translation services using artificial intelligence technology. The services may include, but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, modify, or optimize the services based on business and technical needs. Where appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes.
You may create an account using the registration methods provided by the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of your account credentials, unauthorized sharing of your account, or other circumstances attributable to you.
Unless expressly permitted by us, you may not rent, sell, transfer, or share your account with others.
You agree not to use the App to engage in any of the following activities:
If an account violates these requirements, we reserve the right to restrict features, suspend services, or terminate the account, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Translation results provided by the App are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
Due to differences in languages, context, terminology, and technical limitations, translation results may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or ambiguities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on translation results provided by the App.
For medical, legal, financial, commercial, contractual, or other professional purposes, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional and should not rely solely on translations provided by the App.
Certain features of the App use a points-based consumption system.
Points may only be used for eligible services within the App and have no cash value.
Points may not be:
Points that have already been consumed cannot be restored.
If a system error results in an incorrect calculation of points, we reserve the right to correct the relevant balance or transaction records.
The App offers membership subscription services.
Membership benefits may include:
Membership points are granted according to the applicable subscription plan.
Monthly membership points are intended for use during the applicable subscription period. Unused membership points may expire at the end of the applicable period and will not automatically carry over to the next period, unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription plan.
If you upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change your subscription plan, membership benefits will be provided according to the applicable terms of the new subscription plan.
Subscription automatic renewal is provided and managed by Apple App Store.
After purchasing a subscription:
We cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription or process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. Any refund request should be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable policies.
In-app purchases are processed through the official Apple App Store payment system.
All payment processing is handled by Apple.
After a purchase is successfully completed and verified, the corresponding membership benefits or points will be credited to your account.
If benefits are delayed due to Apple service issues, network problems, or other technical issues, you may contact us for assistance.

You may request deletion of your account through the methods provided by the App.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction in accordance with applicable laws.
